• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@secretreborn.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

• We do not accept returns on customized or personalized products.
